Illness Can Be the Cure

Have you ever wondered if there is a reason for our health challenges, beyond what our doctors tell us? This workbook shares many reasons based on the premise that our souls are speaking to us through each symptom, sign, and disease process.

Our souls are urging our development and the exact needs are expressed through whatever is ailing us. If you or a loved one is suffering from illness,

Wow! Anyone who watches TV news these days realizes that some drugs are hurting more people than they are helping. But here’s a prescription that we can all take with no side effects. Illness Can Be the Cure is just “what the doctor ordered.” Dr. Redelfs has a new approach to healing that has us listening to the treatment recommendations of who knows us best – our very own souls. I highly recommend this book.

Anne Redelfs, MD, does an amazing job in her book, Illness Can Be the Cure, of guiding readers towards a deeper place of healing. She uses both personal and professional insight to empower those who are dealing with illness towards a process of relief. This thoughtful book offers powerful self-reflection practices as well as body integration of often buried trauma which may cause illness. Anne, guides the reader gently towards a deeper listening of their own soul. As I read this book, I kept thinking that she is a gift to this planet as a friend, doctor, and healer. I recommend this book to those who may be looking for a deeper way to heal and learn from the messages of the soul.

What is a soul gardener?

For much of my life, I’ve enjoyed growing fresh vegetables and herbs as well as plants that feed butterflies, hummingbirds, and nature in general. I find many similarities between gardening plots of land and tending the various aspects of our psychology that together comprise the soul. I call myself a soul gardener because I help you to get the soil of your psyche in good condition and to care for your plants that are in need. As the garden of your life becomes increasingly bountiful and beautiful, others will naturally follow your inspiration.
